Verified Users
Every user on Chempeh goes through a verification process. Hosts verify their identity and property ownership, while Guests confirm their phone numbers and payment details. Look for the verified badge when browsing listings.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through our secure platform. We support mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and bank transfers. Your payment information is encrypted and never shared with Hosts. Hosts receive payment only after your booking is confirmed.

Host Protection
Hosts are protected by our damage policy. Guests agree to be responsible for any damages during their booking. In case of disputes, our team reviews evidence from both parties to ensure fair resolution.
Reviews & Ratings
Our transparent review system helps build trust. Both Guests and Hosts can leave reviews after each booking. Only verified bookings can leave reviews, ensuring authenticity. We remove fake or malicious reviews to maintain integrity.

We expect all community members to:

- Communicate honestly and transparently
- Honor booking commitments
- Report any concerns or violations immediately
- Comply with local laws and regulations in Ghana
